Rainbow Smoothie

Red Layer: 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberrie Orange Layer: 1/2 cup mango or peache Yellow Layer: 1/2 cup pineapple or banana Green Layer: 1/2 cup spinach or kiwi Blue Layer: 1/2 cup blueberrie

Purple Layer: 1/2 cup blackberries or açaí berrie Base Liquid: 2-3 cups of a liquid like water, coconut water, or almond milk Sweetener: Honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste) Ice: 1-2 cups to achieve desired thickne

Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and chop all the fruits as needed. If you’re using fresh fruits, you might want to add ice to thicken the smoothie. For a more vibrant color, consider using frozen fruits. 

Yellow Layer: Blend the pineapple or banana with some liquid. Pour gently over the orange layer. Green Layer: Blend the spinach or kiwi with some liquid. Pour carefully over the yellow layer.

Blue Layer: Blend the blueberries with some liquid. Pour over the green layer. Purple Layer: Blend the blackberries or açaí berries with some liquid. Pour as the final layer.

Assemble the Smoothie: Pour each layer gently to maintain the distinct colors. Using a spoon to help pour each layer can help keep them from mixing. –
